Constanze Thielen, M.A.

Constanze Thielen is interested in interreligious and intercultural topics and is now working in Berlin on interculturality and commemorative culture regarding the Protestant church during National Socialism. After the studies she worked as an instructor and manager for sociopolitical and international education in Germany and Romania (Făgăraș). Constanze has experience in workshops, project management and intercultural working spaces and is considering starting a Ph.D. Constanze holds a B.A. in Jewish Studies and History (2015) from Freiburg University, Germany and an MA in Interreligious Studies (2018) from Bamberg, Germany. During the studies she focused on theories of commemorative cultures and ethical questions within subjects of health and death in history and present. After serving voluntarily for one year in the archeological and cultural work in Jerusalem, Israel, she was voluntarily engaged in the mentoring and education of young adults during their volunteering service abroad.
