The Lab on Technology and Shrinking Communities took place in August 2019 in Făgăraș, as part of the first edition of the Făgăraș Summer School. The Lab focused on analyzing the situation of communities heavily affected by depopulation and exploring the way technology could contribute to mitigating depopulation. The following communities were visited: Cincșor, Cincu, Șomartin, and Fgăraș. More than 23 participants took part, coming from more than six countries in Europe and Africa.
