The core activity of the Institute is research. We focus primarily on interdisciplinary research, that brings together scientific analysis and practices, but also on disciplinary research that our understanding of relevant phenomena.

The Research Department brings together all research activities undertaken by the Institute. The Department is also meant to provide support to the Institute’s research teams.
