Doina Bulearcă has finished her Bachelor’s degree in Security Studies at the University of Bucharest, and is currently in her final year for a Master’s in International Public Affairs and a Master’s in European Studies. Her studies focus on digitalization, civil society and social movements. She also has 14 years of experience working in the IT industry.
