The education methodology fit for the Z-gens is based on a blended, online and offline, synchronous and asynchronous learning system. It is not a performance anymore having blended, highly visual, activity-oriented, edutainment-based activities but a basic request further enforced by the 2020 pandemic lockdown. The switch in educational methodologies might be shocking, but the tools are ready. The younger professors at the Babeș-Bolyai University put together a crash course for the educators in the formal education system about the methods and platforms they can use in their interaction with the Z-gens.
