In her article, Migrations, media, and the pandemic, Majlinda Aliu from Ekonomiks focuses on how the media impacted the perception of the pandemic and its influence on migration and migration policies. The article is published by  Osservatorio Balcani e Caucaso Transeuropea.

In Majlinda’s words “In recent years, migrations have been widely covered by the European media, often in controversial terms. With the outbreak of the pandemic, the situation has changed dramatically, but not for the better.”

This article was written in the framework of the project “The World after COVID19: Migration and Mobility,” implemented by YouthNest (Greece), Ekonomiks (Kosovo), and the Fagaras Research Institute (Romania).
