Launching conference of the project “Developing the capacity of NGOs in Țara Făgărașului”

11.02.2022

We work together for a green, competitive and inclusive Europe.

We ended last year with news about a project that we have been thinking about for a long time and which aims at developing the capacity of NGOs in Țara Făgărașului. We want to contribute together to the development of our communities and that is why we have chosen to support local organizations to become more active, increase their capacity, access funds, enter into partnerships and carry out projects with a regional impact.

The first activity for the beneficiaries of the project is the online conference: Civil Society from Țara Făgărașului during the COVID-19 pandemic, which will take place on Wednesday, February 23, 2022, between 16.00 – 18.00.

This conference opens the discussion on how the civil society in Țara Făgărașului functions, an aspect we will pay continuous attention to in the upcoming years. The conference aims to bring together the experiences of NGOs in the area, with national perspectives. The list of speakers includes active associations in the area, as well as representatives of civil society at the national level.

Through this discussion, we create the space to analyze challenges and needs generated by the Covid-19 pandemic. We also want to find out details about successful projects emerging in this period.

If you can attend the conference, please fill out this form.
