COVID-19 and Impact Management: Tools for enhancing civil society impact

We are confronted with a pandemic that is about to change the world in fundamental ways - including the activity of civil society organizations (CSOs), small and large. The ability of CSOs to understand current transformations and at the same time demonstrate impact is central to their sustainability prospects, given the high impact, the crisis will have at all levels of the economy.

Through this project we are proposing to build on the results of the recent BAN - MitOst supported project “Social Impact Management: Do it yourself toolkit for small and medium organizations” in order to disseminate the toolkit and foster understanding and engaging with impact management.

In the context of the project we are going to have two events:

January 28, 2021 - The Research Institute, together with Ashoka Romania, will facilitate a conversation about the importance of managing the social impact and the various methods that can be used to measure the impact.

The online session takes place on January 28 from 16:00 to 18:00, and those interested can participate by registering through this form.

February 8, 2021 - Monday on the Couch - Online event on Social Impact Management in partnership with 4Change, Cromo Foundation, and the International Alumni Center Berlin.

The project is implemented in partnership with 4Change, Portugal, and Cromo Foundation, Hungary, and is funded by the International Alumni Center, Berlin.
