Our colleague Dr. Stefan Cibian contributed with a chapter entitled Building and strengthening democratic ecosystems in local communities (available in Romanian) to the publication Guide for the Development of Resilient and Democratic Communities and Civic Engagement (available in Romanian).
Gutenberg Association developed the guide as part of the project “Development of resilient communities in the region of Romania – Republic of Moldova.” Besides focusing on community ecosystems for democracy, the guide contains chapters on civic activism, conflict management, and facilitation.
