Social Network Analysis (SNA) is a powerful research-based approach to strengthening networks. We are convinced that through SNA the Bosch Alumni Network Clusters on Peace and Science & Research can become more connected and impactful. The project will help understand what peace, research, and science topics BAN members engage with, how the two clusters can support other network initiatives, and what are some key areas of potential impact in science and research.
The project idea, BAN potential in Peace and Science & Research: A social network analysis perspective, emerged during the Science & Research Cluster (SRC) kick-off session. A social network perspective on BAN’s potential in these fields would bring significant added value as we would understand what research and science topics BAN members engage with, how they collaborate with one another, what aspirations they have in this field, how the SRC and the Peace Cluster can support other clusters, what are the key areas of the potential impact the BAN could hope for in the two fields.
